Mr. Mpho Sema is responsible for ST Nubian's marketing activities as well as business development.
He studied electrical engineering at the Vaal Technikon, after which he worked as a sales executive at Incredible Connection. He was a marketing executive for Anix Trading, a transport marketing company, where he assisted in introducing previously disadvantaged individuals to the transport industry.
Mpho Sema is co-founder of BM Investments, an investment company focusing on SMME development and Investment holdings, as well an executive director on the board of Reagile Security Solutions, a security system company.
Through his leadership and dedication, ST Nubian has been awarded with projects with the combined value of more than R379 million.
Mr. Sema says he would like to see more black people entering the design architecture industry and advises anyone wanting to be in the industry to be passionate about this profession, open-minded and have perseverance.
Asked what is unique about ST Nubian, Mpho Sema says it is the combination of international expertise as well as an understanding of the local market.
He has experience both in sales and marketing and is currently studying towards a BCom degree (Marketing).
