The four bedroom residence is developed on a sloped site with the best views to the south.
The characteristics of the site allowed us to structure the house in three levels: two floors and a basement with an entertainment area that opens to the back of the site.
The ground floor forms the middle level and forms the access and the main social areas of the house. The vertical circulation of the stairs connects the three levels, each with exterior expansion areas in the form of terraces.
These terraces maximize the relationship between the interior and the exterior spaces and views.
