The elevated stand is situated on a typical suburban corner in Pretoria. The building is positioned to the back making the most of the open garden space in front.
Protruding secondary volumes with surface treatment and a cantilevered steel canopy complete the building where the inside and the outside flow into each other.
The relatively compact building is kept simple and achieves a special beauty by crossroads of a neutral, closed volume that bursts open at the entrance hall into a translucent floating glass box.
